Novak Tools is an independent software project operated by Marek Novák. This notice describes the limited personal data used by the website, beta lists and support.

Contact and controller

The data controller is Marek Novák, Czech Republic. Contact: novak.marek.93@gmail.com. Full trader identification and purchase-specific information will be added before paid sales open.

Website delivery and measurement

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process IP address, device, request and security data to deliver and protect the site and provide privacy-focused aggregate traffic measurement. Novak Tools does not place third-party advertising cookies.

Beta and release emails

When you voluntarily register, Novak Tools and its email service provider MailerLite process your email address, signup time, consent record and email engagement for beta administration and relevant product updates. The legal basis is your consent. Double opt-in is used. You can withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Support

If you contact support, we process your contact details, message and any files you choose to provide to answer the request, maintain security and keep a reasonable support history. Do not send confidential client models, passwords or full licence keys.

Licensing and purchases

Paid sales are not open yet. When they open, checkout, tax and payment data will be handled by the merchant of record identified at checkout. Novak Tools will receive the order and licence information needed to deliver, activate and support the product. Payment-card details will not be stored by this website.

Retention and sharing

Mailing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security and legal obligations. Data is shared only with service providers needed to host the site, deliver email, process future orders and operate licensing, or where law requires it. The list is not sold.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data, and may object or withdraw consent where applicable. Contact the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with your relevant data-protection authority.
