Reporting an issue

When contacting support, include:

• Your plugin version, SketchUp version and operating system.
• The steps that led to the issue and what you expected to happen.
• A screenshot or a minimal example, if possible.

Please do not send passwords, full license keys or confidential client models. English and Czech are welcome.

This static website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account registration or contact forms. It does not set application cookies. Hosting providers may process technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the website.
