Software licence terms.

These terms apply when you download, install or use Novak Tools software. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

Licence grant

Novak Tools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software for personal or commercial design work. SwitchBuilder Free may be installed by one user on that user’s computers. Paid-edition activation limits and scope will be shown before purchase.

What you may create

You own your SketchUp models and project output. You may use geometry created with the software in commercial client work and exported visualisations. This does not transfer ownership of the software, its source code, interface, branding or bundled assets.

Restrictions

You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the RBZ package; share a paid or beta licence key; bypass activation or feature limits; or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it. Link to the official download page instead of mirroring the file.

Early-access and beta software

Early-access and beta builds may change and may contain defects. Keep backups and test on a copy before using bulk changes in production work. Beta access is also governed by the beta programme terms.

No electrical certification

SwitchBuilder provides generic modelling and visualisation geometry. It is not electrical design, engineering, safety, installation or product-compliance software. Verify real products, clearances, wiring and local requirements independently.

Updates, support and availability

Free updates and support are provided at Novak Tools’ discretion. No particular feature, compatibility target or release date is guaranteed. Paid-edition update entitlement, refund information and commercial terms will be displayed before paid sales open.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Novak Tools is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

The licence ends if you materially breach these terms. On termination, stop using and uninstall the software. Geometry already created in your SketchUp files remains yours.
